Base Pads for Beretta

The Beretta 92 family uses a double-stack magazine with a base design specific to the platform. In competition use, the base pad is both the part of the magazine that hits the ground first and the cap that interacts with the magwell funnel on the incoming reload. A heavier pad drops the magazine more cleanly on release; the right pad closes the magwell gap correctly. For 92 series shooters with a magwell fitted, base pad and magwell selection are linked.
