Refund policy

We have a 14-day return & refund policy.

That means that any customer has the right to return the products received within 14 days after recetion. The cancellation period expires after 14 days from the day when courrier indicates delivery took place.

To exercise the right to return the purchased product, the customer has to first contact us at info@ubitzu.eu about your decision to do so. You may request return within the 14 day period by written email from which is understood your intention to return the product.

As long as the 14 day period is met, returns are always accepted without further questioning.

Processing of return

When a purchase contract is cancelled, we will refund you the full order including shipping, with the exception of extra shipping costs arising from selection of delivery method other than the least expensive. 

We will proceed the refund withing 14 days since the product is returned to us. The money will be reimbursed to the same card from which the order was paid for. The customer will not be charged any transaction fee for the payment nor any other fee for the returning.

The customer shall ship the product back to us in no longer than 14 days since first communicating with us the intention to return the item, unless agreed otherwise with us in the communication. 

The item has to be returned as new in order to be reimbursed in full value. We as the seller are entitled to reduce the price of the goods proportionately if the consumer handled it differently than he would have handled it in a brick-and-mortar establishment. The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods to us.
